Ranchi, Nov. 12 -- Jharkhand has been recognised as a top achiever in the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) Survey conducted by the Central government.
The survey, done by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, conferred the award to the state in recognition for its exemplary performance in business entry reforms, construction permits, labour regulation and service sector governance.
