New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- The Jharkhand High Court on Friday stayed all proceedings arising out of Airport Police Station Case, which was registered against ED officers.
"In a strong rebuke to the state machinery, the Court observed that it cannot remain a "mute spectator to such blatant abuse of law," effectively validating our contention that the FIR was a malicious "counter-blast" by a PMLA accused intended to obstruct the ongoing investigation into the Rs 23 crore Peyjal scam (drinking water scam)," the ED official said.
