Srinagar, July 14 -- A day after the Lt Governor's administration sealed the Martyrs' Graveyard in the old city and imposed curbs on movement of political leaders, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today visited the cemetery to pay tribute to the martyrs of July 13, 1931.

Omar, accompanied by his father and NC president Farooq Abdullah, the Deputy Chief Minister, Cabinet Ministers, and senior party leaders, offered Fatiha and floral tributes. Omar climbed the cemetery fence to gain entry.

Talking to reporters, Omar lashed out at J & K Lt Governor for issuing directions to lock up the elected representatives .
