Jammu, March 17 -- Asserting that the Jammu and Kashmir Police is now carrying out operations in dense forests and hilly terrains to neutralize terrorists, Director General of Police, Nalin Prabhat said on Tuesday that the force has modified its operational strategy in the past two years.

"Jammu and Kashmir Police have changed tactics and modified operational strategy to counter terror in over the past two years and further intensified action in the woods and mountains regions where terrorists have attempted to regroup," DGP Prabhat said addressing a passing out parade of the constables at the STC Talwara in the Reasi district.
