Srinagar, March 6 -- Police have attached 18 kanals of land belonging to six accused persons under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) in Jammu Kashmir's Bandipora district.
The six accused persons are involved in Case FIR No 33/2022 U/S 121 IPC, 18,20,39 UAPA Act, 2/3 E&IMCO Act of Police Station Bandipora, Police said on Thursday.
They said the immovable property measuring 18.1 kanals of land, valuing about Rs 2.81 Crore.
Giving details of the land attachment, Police said land measuring 2 Kanal 11 Marla belongs to Mohmad Anwar Mir a resident of Harteng Mantrigam, 3 Kanal 15 Marlas belongs to Ab Rashid Doie of Ketson Aloosa, 3 Kanal 9 Marlas belongs to Sarfraz Ahmad resident of Ketson Aloosa,1Kanal 1Marlas belongs to Mohmad Yousf ...
