Jammu, Nov. 3 -- Jammu and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today laid the foundation stone for the construction of new houses for flood-affected families in Chishoti Paddar under Kishtwar district.
The 19 houses that were completely damaged during the natural disaster that struck Chishoti will be rebuilt free of cost with the support of High-range Rural Development Society (HRDS India), a Civil Society Organisation.
In his address, the Lieutenant Governor paid homage to the citizens and security personnel who lost their lives due to the tragic natural disaster.
