Srinagar, Feb. 25 -- Jammu & Kashmir's Director General of Police (DGP), Nalin Prabhat, on Wednesday directed officers to adopt unconventional and modern tactics geared to security challenges to neutralize Pakistani terrorists.
The directions were issued during a comprehensive security review meeting chaired by the DGP in Budgam district to assess the prevailing security scenario and operational preparedness of the district police.
The meeting was attended by Special DGP Coordination S.J.M. Geelani, IGP Kashmir Zone V.K. Birdi, DIG Central Kashmir Range Rajeev Pandey, SSP Budgam Nikhil Borkar, along with other senior officers.
