Tel Aviv/Tehran, April 6 -- The chief of intelligence in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has been killed in a joint US-Israeli strike, marking the death of yet another highly important official in the Iranian leadership, amid the ongoing wave of decapitation strikes undertaken by Tel Aviv to cripple the Islamic Republic's command structure.

Majid Khademi served as head of the Intelligence Protection Organisation of the IRGC and the Intelligence Organisation of the IRGC, and was noted by the guard to be a figure of great importance in the regime, wielding significant influence in both Tehran's military and political circles.
