Tehran/Washington/Muscat, May 11 -- After reiterating Tehran's refusal to back down on its nuclear deal, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi applauded the "more serious atmosphere" at the third round of discussions with the US in Muscat, compared to the previous rounds. "We have gradually started more detailed discussions," Araghchi said on Iranian television.
