Bengaluru, May 2 -- Abdul Majid Hakeem Ilahi, the representative of Iran's Supreme Leader in India, today described the current West Asia situation as a "no war, no peace" condition, alleging that ongoing tensions persist despite multiple rounds of diplomatic engagement.
Speaking to reporters here, Ilahi said the crisis should not be viewed merely as a geopolitical dispute, but as an attack on what he termed a "7,000-year-old civilisation," stressing that Iran's historical continuity and cultural identity give the conflict a deeper civilisational dimension.
