New Delhi, June 3 -- The Institute for Promotion and Research on Odisha Culture and Heritage (IPROCH) hosted a vibrant two-day cultural festival, here dedicated to the life, works, and enduring influence of 12th-century saint-poet Bhakta Kavi Jayadeva.
Themed around Jayadeva's timeless magnum opus Geeta Govinda, the festival from May 31 to June 1, offered a rich tapestry of classical performances, music, film, and scholarship. Artists, scholars, and spiritual thinkers from across India converged to honour Jayadeva's contribution to Indian devotional literature and the Bhakti movement.
