New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- The Insolvency Professional Agency of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (IPA-ICMAI), a frontline regulator registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has commenced a three-day residential programme titled "Unlocking the Secrets of Insolvency" in Shillong, Meghalaya, intended to enhance technical competence of insolvency professionals.
The program brings together insolvency professionals, regulators, senior bankers, legal experts, academicians and other key stakeholders from across the country for an immersive learning experience to foster in-depth technical competence on matters related to insolvency matters in a focused environment away from routine professional pressures.
