Kochi, Feb. 20 -- A year after the state hosted the Invest Kerala Global Summit (IKGS) to position Kerala as a premier investment destination, projects worth Rs 54,908.22 crore have entered the implementation phase, Industries Minister P. Rajeeve announced on Friday.
Addressing a press conference, the Minister said the projects under construction represent over 40 per cent of the Expressions of Interest (EoIs) received at the summit that had readily available land.
The summit had attracted 449 EoIs with a total proposed investment of Rs 1,81,209 crore, significantly boosting Kerala's global investment profile.
