Hyderabad, Feb. 1 -- The Air Intelligence Unit (AIU) on Sunday detained an international passenger at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad near here, for allegedly smuggling ganja.
Official sources said the passenger, identified as Baria Hemangkumar Mangabhai, an Indian national, arrived from Kuala Lumpur by Malaysia Airlines flight MH-198 at around 2320 hours on Saturday night. Acting on specific information, the AIU team intercepted him at about 0030 hours on February 1.
