Vijayawada, Feb. 2 -- Ahead of the International Fleet Review (IFR) in Visakhapatnam on February 18, followed by Milan-2026 naval exercise on February 19, the Eastern Naval Command Chief Vice Admiral Sushil Menon (VSM) and other naval officers on Monday met with Chief Secretary K Vijayanand at the AP Secretariat to discuss the arrangements for these events.
