Hyderabad, Dec. 20 -- Telangana Fisheries Minister Vakiti Srihari today inspected the site for the proposed International Export Fish Market being developed on 13 acres at Koheda village in Abdullapurmet mandal of Ranga Reddy district.
Officials briefed the Minister on the construction plans, following which he suggested several changes to improve the project design.
Speaking to the media, Srihari said the market would be built to international standards and would be fully air-conditioned, assuring local residents that there would be no foul smell or inconvenience.
He said the market would facilitate export of fish sourced from the Godavari and Krishna rivers and nearly 26,000 water bodies across Telangana to foreign countries. The proje...
