Sydney, Feb. 14 -- India, buoyed by their maiden World Cup win, will take on the world's top-ranked Australian team in a multi-format series at home.
India having already secured one of Australia's previous crowns- now, arrive in Sydney full of confidence and have a chance to stake their claim as the best team across all formats.
The first T20I in Sydney on Sunday will be the first meeting between the two arch-foes since India shocked Australia in last year's ODI World Cup semi-final, in which India knocked out the tournament favorites and then won their first senior women's ICC title.
