Chennai, Nov. 5 -- The Indian Navy is all set to conduct its maiden Chennai Half Marathon on December 14 this year.
After the resounding success of similar marathons in cities like Mumbai and Visakhapatnam, it is going to be held in Chennaifor the first time and was expected to see participation of over 8,000 runners.
The Navy Chennai Half Marathon 2025 features three race categories - the INS Adyar Half Marathon Run for 21.1 km, INS ParunduRun for 10 km and INS Pallava Run for 5 km, all originating from near the Napier Bridge in Chennai and ending at INS Adyar Beach.
This inaugural edition offers a prize pool of Rs. 10,00,000 for the runners across various categories.
