New Delhi, Jan. 25 -- India voted against a UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) Resolution which condemned the recent crackdown on protesters in Iran by the Iranian government. India was among seven countries which voted against the Resolution brought by an independent Fact-Finding Mission on Iran. The other six countries which voted against are China, Pakistan, Cuba, Indonesia, Vietnam and Iraq. The Resolution was passed by the 47-member UNHRC with 25 votes in favour, 14 abstentions and seven against.
