Tokyo, May 22 -- Members of India's all-party outreach delegation arrived in Japan and on Thursday called on Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya and briefed him about India's strong position against terrorism post the Pahalgam massacre in Jammu and Kashmir and steps taken under 'Operation Sindoor'.
Earlier, the delegation led by JD(U)'s Sanjay Jha, met Indian Ambassador to Japan Sibi George.
Abhishek Banerjee of All India Trinamool Congress is a member of the delegation.
The delegation also discussed with Japanese diplomatic officials regarding India's response to cross-border terrorism and strengthening diplomatic ties with Japan.
