India rejects Pak charges on Samjhauta Blast verdict: Demands quick trial on 26/11
New Delhi/Islamabad, March 21 -- Close on the heels of Pakistan registering a 'protest' on Samjhauta Express Blast verdict, the government source said here on Wednesday the due process of law was 'followed' in the case by the Indian Courts and judicial system in a "transparent manner".
In reference to summoning of Indian envoy Ajay Bisaria by Pakistan foreign office in Islamabad, the source said - Indian High Commissioner rejected Pakistan assertions.
"He highlighted the due process of law was followed by the Indian Courts and judicial system in a transparent manner. High Commissioner Bisaria called out the lack of cooperation from Pakistan Government including in serving Court summons to Pakistan witnesses in the case," the source said....
