Hyderabad, Feb. 5 -- The two-day India Battery Manufacturing & Supply Chain Summit 2026, organised by the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA), commenced at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), Madhapur, on Thursday, drawing policymakers, industry leaders, technology providers, financiers and academicians from India and abroad.

In his inaugural address, chief guest Rajesh Kulhari, Joint Secretary, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), highlighted the pivotal role of energy storage in India's clean energy transition.
