New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday announced the elevation of bilateral ties to a "Special Global Strategic Partnership," unveiling new defence manufacturing, technology, and education initiatives during a joint press meet.
