Rawalpindi, Dec. 2 -- Incarcerated former Pakistan prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan remains in stable health, his sister Uzma Khan said on Tuesday after being allowed to visit him in Adiala Jail.

The meeting was allowed as hundreds of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supporters gathered outside the prison gates, chanting slogans against the government for not allowing visiting rights to the family of Imran Khan.

The move came amid nationwide outrage over continued restrictions on meeting the PTI founder at Adiala Jail. The PTI party staged several protests outside the jail and Islamabad High Court (IHC), demanding restoration of meetings with Imran Khan.
