Mumbai, Feb. 6 -- The Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) has written to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressing serious concern over the recent firing incident outside the residence of filmmaker Rohit Shetty and seeking firm security assurances for the film fraternity.
Sources said on Friday that in a letter addressed to the Chief Minister, IMPPA president Abhay Sinha has highlighted the growing sense of panic and anxiety prevailing in the entertainment industry following a series of shooting incidents in Mumbai.
