Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 30 -- The 24th edition of the International film festival of Kerala (IFFK) will pay homage to six iconic film contributors of India.

The festival will pay its tribute to the cinematographer M J Radhakrishnan, director and screen writer Lenin Rajendran, veteran filmmakers Girish Karnad and Mrinal Sen, producer T K Pareekutty and actress Miss Kumari. The homage section will screen Lenin Rajendran's film 'Makaramanju' and Girish Karnad's 'Samskara'. 'Makaramanju' is inspired by the life of celebrated painter Raja Ravi Varma and was one of the five films to be selected for the International Film Festival of India.
