New Delhi, March 9 -- Virendra Sachdeva, president of the Delhi unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Sunday welcomed the demolition of an allegedly illegal house belonging to the family accused in a recent murder case in Uttam Nagar.
Condemning the violence that took place in the area on the occasion of Holi, Sachdeva said the incident had deeply shocked the residents of the national capital.
In a press statement, he termed the killing "extremely brutal" and said such acts had caused repeated suffering to families in Delhi in the past.
