New Delhi, Jan. 9 -- In a major boost to India's growing creator economy, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on Friday launched 'Creator's Corner', a new initiative aimed at giving content creators a national platform while enabling them to earn revenue through official broadcast networks.
Under the scheme, creators will be able to showcase their content on DD News and the WAVES OTT platform on a revenue-sharing basis, expanding both reach and monetisation opportunities for the content creators.
Announcing the new initiative, union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw stated that the platform would not only help the creators to increase their reach but would also help them earn money.
