Chandigarh, Jan. 9 -- The inaugural Air Cmde Mehar Singh Memorial Lecture was organised at Air Force Station, Chandigarh, on January 9, marking the launch of a new annual platform to honour the legacy of one of the Indian Air Force's pioneering leaders. The event took place at Arjan Singh Hall and was jointly organised by the Air Force Association (North Zone) and 12 Wing, Indian Air Force.
More than 300 participants attended the programme, including air veterans, serving IAF personnel, representatives from DRDO, NCC cadets, and students from defence and armed forces training institutions in Mohali and Chandigarh, as well as Panjab University.
