Hyderabad, Jan. 26 -- Hyderabad is poised to take center stage in the international culinary world as it hosts the United World of Young Chefs (UWYC) International Food Festival on February 2, part of the prestigious IIHM (International Institute of Hotel Management International Young Chef Olympiad (YCO 2026).
Bringing together student chefs from 50 countries, YCO 2026 transforms Hyderabad into a melting pot of global flavors and cultural exchange.
The festival, to be held at The Glass Onion, Gachibowli in the city, will feature live culinary demonstrations by young chefs and international mentors from ten countries, including France, Scotland, Greece, and South Africa, the institute said in a release here on Monday.
