Hyderabad, March 9 -- In a significant legal development, the Court of the XI Additional Chief Judge in Hyderabad has dismissed an implead petition filed by M/s Majlis-e-Sahebzadagan Society, which sought to assert rights over several historic properties linked to the last Nizam of Hyderabad.
A release here on Monday said, the petition (I.A. No. 399 of 2025) was filed in O.S. No. 404 of 2021, a partition suit instituted by Nawab Najaf Ali Khan seeking partition and separate possession of his lawful share in properties belonging to Mir Osman Ali Khan.
The properties involved in the suit include several historically significant palaces associated with the Nizam's legacy, such as Falaknuma Palace, King Kothi Palace, Chowmahalla Palace, Puran...
