Hyderabad, March 4 -- In a touching gesture, a Class 10 student from Hyderabad used his birthday savings to gift his younger sister the GARDASIL 9 vaccine, which protects against cervical cancer and other related diseases.
The student had saved Rs 15,000 in his kiddie bank and spent Rs 10,000 to ensure that his 12-year-old sister received her first dose of the vaccine.
He is also planning to bear the cost of the second dose, scheduled for May.
