Hyderabad, Jan. 11 -- Medical experts at the FUE Asia Regional Conference 2026 today warned that 'unregulated hair transplant procedures pose a serious public health risk, calling for stricter enforcement of existing medical laws and greater public awareness.
Speaking on the sidelines of the conference, FUE Asia Secretary and Founder Dr Kavish Chauhan and Regional Organising President Dr Rajetha Damisetty emphasized that hair loss is often a medical symptom rather than a cosmetic concern, and improper treatment can lead to severe complications, including loss of life.
