Hyderabad, Oct. 2 -- GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan directed officials to strengthen monitoring mechanisms with a focus on enhanced supervision of garbage collection vehicles for effective sanitation managementKarnan conducted a sanitation review meeting at the GHMC head office here on Wendnesday evening along with Kukatpally Zonal Commissioner Apoorv chauvan , AC Sanitation Raghu Prasad and other key officials here.
During the review, the Commissioner also reviewed gaps in primary garbage collection, GVP clearance, provision of additional bins, and garbage lifting operations across the city. Persistent issues in timely clearance of garbage were also discussed in detail.
