Hyderabad, Dec. 30 -- Special Chief Secretary for Transport, Roads and Buildings, Vikas Raj, on Monday said the department would be authorised to engage an alternate consultant if the present consultant fails to adhere to the timelines for submitting the drawings for construction of the new High Court complex at Rajendranagar (Rangareddy District.)Chairing a review meeting at the project site, Raj instructed the consultant to submit all drawings strictly as per the approved schedule and ensure they are furnished at least two months in advance to facilitate timely procurement of materials and mobilisation of labour.
