Hyderabad, Jan. 23 -- Aster DM Healthcare Limited, one of the largest healthcare service providers in India, on Friday said it has received an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, to convene shareholders and unsecured creditors' meetings for approval of its merger with Quality Care India Ltd (QCIL).
The meetings are expected to take place between February 27 and March 13, the company said in a release.
The merger has already secured approvals from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and 'No Objection' letters from the Stock Exchanges.
The companies aim to complete the merger by Q1 FY2026-27, subject to regulatory clearances and other conditions.
