Hyderabad, Dec. 27 -- Actor Shivaji appeared before the Telangana State Women's Commission here on Saturday following a summons issued over inappropriate remarks made against women artistes during the promotion of the film 'Dandora' recently.
During the inquiry, Shivaji tendered an apology to the Commission, admitted his mistake, and formally withdrew his comments.
He assured the Commission that he would henceforth speak about and behave towards women with dignity and respect.
The actor also stated that, wherever possible, he would incorporate changes in films associated with him based on the suggestions made by the Women's Commission.
