Hyderabad, April 8 -- The Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested an Inspector and a Sub-Inspector (SI) attached to the RGI Airport Police Outpost, Hyderabad Commissionerate, for allegedly demanding and accepting bribe in connection with a criminal case.
According to an ACB press release here on Wednesday, U.K. Siddeshwar, Sub-Inspector of Police, and Sampathi Kanakaiah, Inspector of Police, were caught by the ACB's Ranga Reddy Range unit after they allegedly demanded Rs 5 lakh and accepted Rs 2 lakh as part payment from a complainant.
