Mumbai, Feb. 16 -- Actor Hrithik Roshan has expressed anguish over the fatal pillar collapse in Mumbai's Mulund area, describing the incident as "heartbreaking and traumatic" and calling for stricter enforcement of safety norms at construction sites.
The accident took place near the Johnson & Johnson factory on LBS Road when a parapet segment from the under-construction Mumbai Metro Line 4 fell onto moving vehicles. Ramdhan Yadav lost his life after debris crushed an autorickshaw, while three others were injured in the incident.
