Shimla, Feb. 22 -- The Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board (HPSEBL) has issued an office order announcing payment of arrears to pre-2016 pensioners and family pensioners aged 70 years and above, following revision of pension and family pension with effect from January 1, 2016.
According to the order issued by the Board's Secretariat (R&E) wing, the decision has been taken in continuation of earlier office orders dated October 12, 2022, May 15, 2024, and August 26, 2025.
The Board has adopted, in toto, the decisions and instructions issued by the Principal Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide Office Memorandum dated January 27, 2026.
