Shimla, Feb. 7 -- In a step towards strengthening Himachal Pradesh's renewable energy base, the HPSEBL has invited bids to conduct a detailed survey and prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for setting up a 3 MW ground-mounted solar power project along with a 2 MW/4 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Dehra town in Kangra district.
According to the tender document, the last date for submission of bids is February 17, 2026, and the bids will be opened on the same day.
Bidders are required to deposit a tender fee of Rs 590 and an earnest money deposit of Rs11,800. The total tender value of the DPR and associated survey work has been pegged at Rs 1.17 million.
