Shimla, Nov. 29 -- Clinical Legal Education Centre, HPNLU Shimla, under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice-Chancellor, conducted a focused workshop, titled "Charge-sheet under the BNSS, 2023: Practice & Procedure" on 27 November 2025.
The session formed an integral component of the HPNLU Trial Advocacy Competition 2025 and aimed at equipping students with practical, procedural, and field-based insights into the criminal justice system.
