Shimla, Nov. 1 -- Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, enthusiastically celebrated the 5th Anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA).
