Shimla, Jan. 8 -- Himachal Pradesh Marketing and Processing Corporation (HPMC) has revised its instructions regarding payment in cash and kind against fruit receipts issued during the MIS season 2025 for the supply of horticulture inputs.
As per a communication issued to Regional Managers and Branch Managers of Shimla, Kullu and Kangra regions, HPMC has relaxed the requirement of collecting Khata and Khatauni (revenue) papers from all farmers. The revised instructions state that revenue records will now be collected only from those farmers who have fruit receipts exceeding 100 apple bags under MIS 2025.
The corporation clarified that all other terms and conditions related to payment of dues in cash and kind will remain unchanged.
