Shimla, Feb. 8 -- Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president Vinay Kumar today indicated that the state Congress party may be reconstituted by month-end.
"There is full hope that the PCC will be constituted by the end of this month. All India Congress Committee has convened an important meeting of the newly appointed district presidents of the state in New Delhi which will be attended by the Chief Minister and him," said Vinay Kumar while addressing media persons here.
He said that under the organization-building campaign, there is a strong possibility that the HPCC, district and block presidents, and executive committees will be approved in this meeting.
