Shimla, March 27 -- A fresh western disturbance is set to trigger a three-day wet spell across Himachal Pradesh from March 28, forcing the authorities in the tribal district of Lahaul and Spiti to issue a travel advisory and restrictions in view of adverse weather, snow accumulation and road blockages.
Keylong in Lahaul-Spiti recorded the lowest minimum temperature at 2.5degC on Friday along with a trace of snowfall, while skies remained generally overcast in the district. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), no significant change was recorded in minimum and maximum temperatures across most parts of the state during the past 24 hours, though many stations reported temperatures above normal by 2-5degC.
