Bilaspur, Jan. 25 -- The 16th District-Level National Voters' Day was celebrated at the college auditorium in the district headquarters Bilaspur, in which District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur Rahul Kumar participated as the chief guest. The programme aimed at strengthening democratic awareness among citizens and spreading the importance of voting rights to every section of society.
