Shimla, Jan. 22 -- Himachal Pradesh police have filed a charge sheet in the Chamba Special judget court against Churah BJP MLA Hansraj in connection with an alleged sexual assault case involving a young woman.
The charge sheet was submitted within two months of the MLA being granted regular bail on November 27, 2025.
Hansraj appeared before the court on Wednesday and furnished a bond, assuring his presence at all hearings whenever summoned.
