Shimla, March 7 -- Himachal Pradesh Police have registered a case against a person accused of allegedly cheating several residents by promising to supply physiotherapy equipment and thermal mats, but failing to deliver the products despite collecting lakhs of rupees.
The case was lodged on the complaint of Bahadur Singh Negi and seven other victims.
The complainants alleged that the accused, identified as Satvinder Sati, was operating a health-related business under the name "Sehgal Health Care" from Rana Niwas in Rohru. He reportedly approached people with offers to book physiotherapy machines and thermal therapy mats marketed under the "Cerejem" brand, claiming they had therapeutic benefits for pain relief and rehabilitation.
