Shimla, Feb. 16 -- Himachal Pradesh Government on Monday highlighted a series of urban development reforms and planning initiatives undertaken over the past three years, including enhanced parking norms, notification of new planning areas, and a structured grievance redressal mechanism under the Town and Country Planning framework.
